The clouds couldn't stop the neighbors in Ward 12! Today, we came together and took our community into our own hands. I have to thank the volunteers that came out: Sherron Taylor (my mother for her continuous support), Drew Bennett, Keegan Bennett, Darlene Jackson, Brendon Wagner, Mary Richardson, Kevin Soler, Richard Pacltolse, Gerard Henwood, John Canterbury, Kenny White, Bentley White. Also thank you to: The Cleveland Neighborhood Programs for making The Clean and Green Cleveland Trailer available to all Cleveland residents, Keith Sutton C.E.O of Cleveland Constructions Experts, Zack Reed candidate for Cleveland Mayor, The City of Cleveland Division of Waste Commissioner for sending a truck to collect the trash and of course team Taylor for knocking doors in the rain and collecting another 50 signatures for my petition for Cleveland City Council. I was honestly taken back by the strength of our ward today. If we can clean up this corner under these conditions, together we can do anything! We all would like to live in a place that is: Clean, Safe and affordable ward 12 can be that.
